People with disabilities are at the heart of everything we do.  Putting people's wants, desires and needs above all else is what drives us in our everyday actions.  Person-first puts the emphasis on people rather than their disability, with the realization that the disability does not define the person.

From structuring program activities to the language used at our agency we are committed to fostering an environment where the people we support are not only respected and valued but also integral in the decisions and operation of our agency.
