As a parent or caregiver, the stress of caring for your child/adult family member living at home can be overwhelming.

Much of this stress can be overcome with carefully planned support services from outside the family. Participation in Family Support Services is at your personal level of comfort.

Our Mission

The mission of Lexington's Family Support Program is:

• To help families provide care at home for a child or adult member of the family whom has a developmental disability.
  
• To enhance the quality of life for children and adults who have a developmental disability and their families.

Lexington Family Services

Lexington Family Services helps families in Fulton County who are caring for a child or adult who is developmentally disabled through a wide array of services which are free to families.

It is a challenge to be a parent of a child who has a developmental disability. Many parent who live in Fulton County are finding new ways to meet this challenge.

Family Support Services can make it easier for you to raise your child by helping you make your family stronger. The Family Support Program at Lexington Family Services will provide you with information, assistance, or simply someone to talk to who cares and understands.
